1. Introduction

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Storizone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Platform.

We may remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Payments and Fees

Some features may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Platform.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing and payment policies from time to time, and we will communicate material changes in advance where required.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Storizone and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Storizone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Storizone.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services. Storizone does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storizone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Storizone, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or your conduct is harmful to other users, Storizone, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform will be brought exclusively in the courts of Turkiye, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the last updated date will be revised.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
